Persian Herbal Waters (Aragh)

Traditional Persian herbal waters (aragh) distilled from herbs and flowers, enjoyed in Iran as refreshing drinks: mint water (aragh nana), musk willow water (aragh bidmeshk), chicory (kasni), thyme (avishan), licorice (shirin bayan), ajwain (zenyan), ziziphora (kakooti), ginger and forty-herb water (chehel giah), from KI, Lunex, Doringol, Kambiz and 1&1.Most are enjoyed diluted with chilled water, on their own or mixed together, or added to doogh and sharbat.
