Pickled Garlic (Torshi Sir)

Torshi sir is Persian pickled garlic, aged in vinegar until the bulbs turn dark, soft and mellow. Choose whole aged bulbs or peeled ‘pearl’ garlic (sir morvarid) from Badr, Mahram and KI.
