Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you buy from KI Grocery Service Pty Ltd (“KI Grocery”, “we”, “us”) on kigrocery.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Who we are

KI Grocery is a Persian and Middle Eastern grocery at 4/4 Progress Street, Morley WA 6062, Western Australia. You can contact us on 0432 211 758 or kianilanlou@yahoo.com.

2. Orders

We sell to customers in Australia only.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Please check your order details, including your phone number and email, before you place your order so we can contact you when it is ready.

3. Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST where GST applies. Many basic food items are GST-free.
Prices and specials can change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Product information and availability

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Packaging can change and product photos are for illustration, so always read the label on the product for the ingredients, allergens, nutrition information and storage instructions.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check the product label before eating, or contact us before you order.
Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a suitable substitute or a refund for that item.

5. Click & Collect

Choose Click & Collect at checkout to collect your order free of charge from our store at 4/4 Progress Street, Morley WA 6062.
Our store is open 7 days, 9:30am to 7:00pm. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please do not come to collect it until we have told you it is ready.
Please bring your order number, and check your items at the counter when you collect them.
If you cannot collect your order, please let us know. If an order is not collected and we cannot reach you within 7 days, we may cancel it and return the items to stock. Any payment already made will be refunded.

6. Payment

Pay in store at pickup: for Click & Collect orders you can pay by card or cash when you collect your order.
Where online payment is offered, payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We offer local delivery in some areas of Perth. Delivery areas, fees and times depend on your suburb and will be confirmed before your order is delivered. Please see our Delivery & Pick Up page or call us on 0432 211 758.

8. Refunds and your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is wrong with your order, please see our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your purchase of our products.

10. Website use

The content of this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to KI Grocery or is used with permission. Please do not copy it for commercial use without our written consent. We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
